EPD Waiver — Services My Way

Services My Way is the self-directed part of DC's Elderly and Persons with Physical Disabilities (EPD) Medicaid waiver. A participant who lives at home gets a monthly budget and hires their own participant-directed worker, who can be a relative or friend. A spouse, a legal guardian and other legally responsible relatives cannot be paid.
